Police in Choshi City, Chiba Prefecture, have arrested a 47-year-old construction worker on suspicion of stealing two pairs of women’s underwear from a coin laundry.
According to police, the suspect, Masaaki Nakauchi, was observed committing the crime on the morning of June 14 by the establishment’s proprietor, a woman in her 40s, Yahoo News reported Thursday.
Police searched Nakauchi’s apartment and confiscated 43 pairs of stockings and underwear.
Nakauchi was quoted as saying that he had stolen the underwear to wear them himself because it excited him. | |
