Hitachi's high-speed train arrives in Britain

The first of the new high-speed trains manufactured by major Japanese electronics firm Hitachi has arrived in Britain.
The 5-car train took about 2 months by sea to reach the southern British city of Southampton on Thursday.
The new train, produced at a factory in western Japan, can travel a maximum of 201 kilometers per hour.
The intercity train has diesel engines under its floors so it can run on track that does not have electricity. It will undergo test runs starting next month.
The train is part of the 866 cars Hitachi plans to build based on orders from the British government
