| Kyary Pamyu Pamyu will be making an appearance on the final episode of Fuji TV drama 'Mondai no Aru Restaurant', which will air on March 19. In the episode, Kyary will visit restaurant 'Bistro Fou' and unexpectedly begin playing CUPS with the workers. CUPS is a type of performance utilizing cups as percussion instruments. Ever since it was featured in episode 4, it has been receiving a great response.
Kyary apparently entered the set with a nervous expression. She had to overcome the difficulty of appearing in her first drama and learning how to play CUPS. However, she immediately hit it off with her co-stars, including Nikaido Fumi who is of the same generation, and was able to proactively participate in the drama shoot. When she had to reshoot a scene, Maki Yoko and YOU sang a portion of Kyary's hit song "PONPONPON" to try and calm her nerves. | |
